Jazz musicians in New York City finishing their gigs in the late night hours between dinner and breakfast would go to Wells Supper Club in Harlem and get a little bit of both.
That makes sense, breakfast food + breakfast food = breakfast.
Chicken + Waffles = ?
Breakfast. Or dinner. I don’t see the problem here.
When you think about it dinner is really breakfast for the late shift.
When you think about it, all meals are breakfast because you’re breaking the fast that started after the last meal.
