    This anime confused me. I really don’t know how to express that without spoilers. Cool characters with flat soda pop for the story.

      It landed for me. The plot didn’t need to be too complex, because the cast and world bulding carried it.

      Also the production quality made the action exceptional.

        So aside from the shadow government, I didn’t feel like there was much world building.

        Honestly it just felt they didn’t accomplish much.

        The hacker loli was my favourite character.
