A disabled bus passenger and campaigner has been left in a “state of constant fear” after he was shown “dehumanising” and “violent” messages exchanged between drivers that made fun of his weight and even called for him to be shot.

This is sone serious mismanagement on part of Arriva. Why the actual fuck would you put the onus of educating personnel on the guy they have been mistreating for years?

You are a global multi billion dollar company. Get some actual consultants in.
