I found it, it's about 1500 meters northeast of Mulfra Quoit, and seems otherwise unremarkable.

Reverse image search showed it came from a Wikipedia article, which gave (slightly off) coordinates. I was mostly interested to see if there was anything significant about the ruin, but there doesn't seem to be.

A place so old even its ghosts had died and been buried again 'neath the rolling, green carpet unfurled for Queen Sky and King Earth. Royalty came to grace reconquered land.

Perhaps too imperialist but I'm too tired for another take.
