Federal law enforcement officials have identified an Army veteran, who was born in the United States, as the sole person responsible for the Jan. 1 terrorist attack in New Orleans that killed 14 people and injured many more. But some Republican politicians and social media posts have wrongly claimed or suggested that the attack was the result of illegal immigration.

    Okay shit like this is why I felt the need to be on top of the news during the last trump term. It was extremely detrimental to my health but I also couldn’t stand the outright lies I’d hear repeated daily, like I need to be prepared and correct them before the misinformation really becomes fact and not gossip. Or something

    I honestly don’t know how I’m gonna handle this one especially since I no longer have some hope of ‘maybe in four years…’
