Hey, so this community is mostly dead now.
There’s likely a few more active AItA communities out there, which isn’t a high bar tbh.
Hell, this is its first and only post in its almost 2 years lifespan and its moderator has been missing for pretty much forever now.
(For context, their second to last comment was before beehaw defederated with us, which seems ages ago.)Waves at all the people who browse /all.
Anyway, none of this happened and this is the plot from a TV series.
There’s no mod here anymore, but I think overtly fake stuff is pretty much universally at odds with the spirit of AmITheAsshole.This post should probably be removed, the dead community too, unless someone wants to actually do something with it.

8·14 days agoI so sometimes chew ice, I eat frozen mangos like popcorn, never a hint of brain freeze doing that.
I do get near instant brain freeze from eating slushies through a straw though.
The more you put it up against your palate, the more likely the brain freeze, so maybe how one chews ice makes a difference here.

Sometimes it’s just ABXY buttons where I don’t wanna move my thumb off the right joystick.
Sometimes, one paddle activates a layer shift to have more mappings.
Like if a game has more controls than you could fit, layers can help extend the possibilities and paddles area decent way of activating them.
If a game is heavy on QTEs, like spam X really fast to do something, I might just map a paddle to enable a layer shift that turbo spams the other button.

It used to be absolutely amazing to get 1.5Mbps into your home with bulky equipment, on a dedicated copper line. Now you can get 100x times that bandwidth, while moving, on a device that fits in your pocket.

The bait post does read like a 9 year old just learned the words pipi, caca, boudin or something.
I might not have all the numbers because it’s a remote community (to me) and it seems the bans and some of these downvotes might not all have federated to us, maybe from a lack of SJW subscribers at some point in time.
Those I can see have single digits total votes, so that wouldn’t really meet my ban threshold even for a small community.
I do ban mass-downvoters now and then on SJW. At some point, if your only interaction with a community is repeatedly, exclusively downvoting stuff, either learn to curate your feed or GTFO, but I do have a much higher bar than this.
