I pay $14CAD for Crunchyroll and I don’t even use it that much. I use hours and hours of Youtube content pretty much every day. I also had Nebula but need to get that sorted again now that they aren’t with Curiosity Stream.
People will pay for a lot of stuff but ask them to pay for Youtube and they will lose their damn minds.

And because their reason is based in hating anything not far-right they’re not going to anything about the fact that any vacuum left will taken over by more and more far-right media.
I also don’t have many nice things to say when media outlets go soft at times when they should just do their damn jobs but this isn’t the time. This is your government trying to censure any ideas that disagree with them. Here in Canada the Conservatives are equally trying to defund the CBC, and not terribly left-leaning outlet but one that isn’t terribly right-leaning either, just kinda frustratingly neutral when bad people do shitty things.

In all my time driving I rarely see people who aren’t way too close to the limit of their driving skill. One little mistake followed by someone else not making up for it and bam, problem.

Sure, but considering just how much they need to store and serve to viewers at the highest speed I kinda get it. Look if it was $20CAD a month I’d definitely reconsider, and if they start putting ads in anyway I’ll cancel because I’m not paying to still see that shit, but for now it’s fine.
