Honestly, there’s very little to it. Instead of putting a pressure cooker on the stove, it’s a separate appliance that has timers.
If you look up instant pot recipes, they always have the settings laid out pretty clearly. Most recipes use high pressure, which is the default on the machine. You turn it on, set the timer and it tells you when it’s done.
