A NSW police officer tells a jury she attempted twice to grab a knife out of Clare Nowland's hands in the moments before the aged care resident was tasered by her colleague Senior Constable Kristian White.

Sure looks like the sort of life-or-death scenario that possibly justifies deploying a torture device from that cctv footage.
