Im running an android phone from 2016 with android 13 and last week security patches. Smooth as silk, no google, no ads, battery lasts 10h SOT. That’s the reason why ill never switch to Apple as daily driver (I have 1 provided by my company)

Have you used android in the last 10 years? Im not the kind of guy who install 100 apps per day but i did not encounter this issue for a VERY long time.
In Italy we are split between terroni (24th evening celebration and 25th lunch celebration) and polentoni (25th lunch and 26 lunch)
At the end happens often that families are mixed so you do all the 3. On top of that you have friends to meet and what’s best than another lunch/dinner?
No it doesn’t or at least it shouldn’t. That should be the norm.
I have a nuc from 2015-2018 and its very bad at heat management. Like during summertime if the AC is not on its going to reboot itself after a while when using it (it can reach 35C° where it is stored) I now have a optiplex micro which is much better but I still want to use the NUC for something else
It helps, the world isn’t white or black. Many people stops doing things because those things are illegal. Then I agree that there will always be some people doing the bad and some people doing the good regardless of the law.
In Italy whatever active use of a phone is banned already by the law. If an officer sees you with a phone they can stop you and issue a fine. Stil its not enforced enough
You can add more water from the pot and more Parmigiano Reggiano, the sauce is going to be godly. If you use “canned parmesan” tho, it’s not going to taste good.
So it’s more like a “shoutout” ? I see the interest from both to have it there tho. If I purchase a ticket through the suggested app, both Apple and the seller get a cut right?
Thanks tho, it’s clear.
That’s the informed comment I was looking for, thank you. But from my point of view it’s still an ad. I don’t care if Apple thinks is the right thing to do honestly.
Also what you quoted: “When your App Clip is associated with a specific location, you can register your App Clip to appear on a place card in Maps so people can open it from there. It can also appear as a Siri suggestion and in Spotlight Search as needed.”
From this prospective looks like it’s something I chose to do, but it’s not, the iPhone was just unpacked, I put the glass-screen and the cover, updated iOS and that’s it. So this behavior is default.
BTW, it’s an iPhone 12
I applied the screen and the glass cover. It is new.
Nope, it’s a ticket company targeting my location through Apple to sell me tickets through their app.
I don’t care if it can be turned off easily honestly. Where are we drawing the line? Why not inserting easily to remove ads in the setting menu?
There are ways to hide the root part to apps. Im so used to a rooted phone that i would not do otherwise. Also im using a phone from 2016 that i bought used and im on android 13
Lol
This way you can also understand who is a foilhat retarded compared to who is taking it, for free, on company time, like it normally should be
