I don’t think she even wanted to check that. I think her idea is that if she doesn’t know about an issue and we don’t report it: It doesn’t matter.

This place is falling apart, so it’s 100% being torn down to make apartments when we do move out. She doesn’t wanna repair anything.

Update to inspection: She didn’t even check the downstairs rooms. She barely even checked anything lol

It’s such a lovely, cool, rainy morning.

My bins are full so I have to hide some recycling before the inspection.

Yet another cleaning update: I cleaned. tomorrow I shall clean more. My room is tiny so I’m playing vacuum Tetris. Moving stuff around, vacuuming under, moving more stuff, etc. Tomorrow I have to pull the entertainment unit out and get behind it

I can’t play anything that warms up my GPU. My cooling is simply too good and actively heats my room by dissipating that heat.

So I’ve been playing lots of Halo The Master Chief Collection. Starting up my legendary Halo CE playthrough again!

Quick edit: Also BG3 is very good! I haven’t played since finishing 8 runs in the first two weeks of release. I should do another.

I think it’s nicer today as long as you aren’t in the sun. In the shade it almost feels cool.

Cleaning update: The window is too hot to clean in one go. The sun blinds me, I’m going to need my sunnies

Four ish hours sleep thanks to two ice packs, life is pain and suffering. back to cleaning.

Why are we here? Just to suffer?

Rental inspection on Wednesday. Possibly the worst timing.

Most of the house is fine, but my bedroom is a proper nest right now and also is the hottest room in the house.

I need to: Vacuum, rearrange stuff, find places to store things, clean my desk, hope to survive, and make sure the cat isn’t too stressed by any of this. Which he will be because he’s a big baby(like me)

My CPU is currently idling at 66c, poor thing.

I’m on Concerta(though, I was thinking about asking about Vyvanse… But maybe not), so haven’t had any shortage issues, but the authorization for my GP to manage my meds expired and I have to find and pay for a new psych. It’s such bullshit that I need to pay so much to get meds for a condition I was diagnosed with at the age of 8.

That’s only happened to me once. Showed up, waiting twenty minutes, no one even told me until an hour later when they called to say he was out sick.

He is almost always late though.

Fun Centrelink discovery: Disability Employment Services providers have limits on what compulsory activities they can put on your job plan, so they might put the meetings as voluntary. The issue? The meetings are always mandatory according to Centrelink. The job plan doesn’t actually matter and even if you do what they say you have to do, they can then have you cut off. Great system love it.

In better news: I’m no longer required to interact with them, and instead need to continue seeking volunteer work. Vastly less bad.

I’d like to submit a request that we delay today for another time. Perhaps in the middle of winter? That’d be a nice contrast I think.

I forgot to reply to this, but it’s a Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL case a friend gave me a few years ago. The front and side panels are glass, and it’s about twice the width of a regular case to fit the power supply and drive bays in their own special areas.

I feel like people who say their local is cheaper are almost exclusively just rich enough to not notice the prices. The quality is probably much higher, sure, but price? Nah. None of the four or so near me are cheaper.

(Also, butchers don’t put stuff out on clearance that can just go in the freezer until needed)
