Been there. What is the problem with signing it and getting the cash if you are not going to sue the employer?

Leaving you with politics and porn? Hmmm…
Got stung by about 20 bees once (amateur beekeeping incident, taught us to wear proper clothing). Had a fever for a couple days after and did not enjoy it a single bit. $20k though…
You may want to reevaluate your views. For the price there always were much better sounding options. Their main selling point is supposed to be convenience, but with all the software glitches it does not seem like they have it anymore.
Please do not shoot cats! Meow!
Mostly agree, but. As far as I understand it, for TSLA the majority of the bull run is due to relatively small investors riding the hype. Big stakes are indeed rare to change hands, and mostly outside the marketplaces. Should the small guys really change their mind on the stocks, they (or at least the first wave) will easily dump it, and that will move the market by a lot.
We can probably see it in YTD results, but still there is no dumping, in my opinion. Just a correction, so far.
Personally would not buy now, though )
Judging by the stock value - not at all. Enough ppl are THAT optimistic.
For clarity: Google is THE for-profit behaviour manipulator selling the manipulation to whoever is having the budget for it. YT, search and all the other products are there to enable that manipulation. No more, no less.
From what I know, none of the apps in the play store is the real thing, for obvious reasons: how do you think Google would allow it? Hence the ratings.
And no permissions required at all.
That is not an NDA at all then! A very different contract and you are absolutely right to refuse signing it. The company is totally acting outside of a normal legal practice, worth suing.
