Because that question was/is blatantly sexist.
Or also put forth the idea that all men, and all would be men, are dangerous predators, for no other reason than being a man. And that’s dangerous thinking.

So the switch itself emulates older consoles… I could have swore I remember reading something like the anniversary bundle that they put out for a limited edition had a emulator that someone made.
It was a while ago. And it was scummy. Probably their response to Napster or Limewire.
Maybe this could have been avoided if he only had 13 hours of training… 😥
But for real, I hope they pull the money from the pension of everyone involved, and then fire everyone involved for being literally to fucking stupid. So many people had an opportunity to do anything, to use a brain cell, but not a single one did.
I’m going to patent the crap out of everything.
Like if you push a button in the direction your character is facing you move in that direction. I’m going to patent that shit.
Then I’m going to patent that if you push button and the opposite direction of your character, if it’s a 3D game you turn around. And then I have ab separate patent with having the character walk backwards.
I’ll just take the absolute piss out of the most basic things and absolutely everything I can find. And then throw a bunch of frivolous patent lawsuits at Nintendo.
I know it’s petty. But maybe Nintendo, like many other corporations in the gaming industry, have just been around maybe a little too long and have lost the vision and the purpose. Cuz at this point Nintendo’s not even trying. But they are heavily relying on nostalgia for sales. They’re more known for being a litigious company than a gaming company.
Fairly certain I’ve bought a game that was like 34 cents or something. I definitely charged me the 34 cents.
At some point, someone is going to figure out George Orwell was actually a time traveler, and he tried to fix things with books. He had to deliver the message that way because if he just shouted in the streets the things that were going to happen, he’d been written off as a madman. Change a few details here and there… and then sell it as “fiction”…
I’ve experienced stuff like this.
I think the last time I tried being above and beyond type of host, had a bunch of people coming over for a big weekend. I thought I do something really special and make steaks. But this wasn’t just going to be like any grilled steak no no no. These steaks were going to be prepped the night before and then sous vide. But before I even started this plan I reached out to everyone and said what I was planning to do and ask if there were any issues with it, any requests, etc. I describe to everyone and great detail what I was going to make. Not one person said anything other than the “sounds good”.
If you’re unfamiliar with sous vide the short of it is it takes a long time to cook. Generally it’s measured in hours I’d say. As such I need to cook all of the steaks at the same temperature for the same amount of time I don’t have the setup at home to do individual orders.
One of the individuals once they got here, asked if I could make them a hamburger instead. Like I was a fucking restaurant.
And another one slathered it with ketchup without even trying it without. Claimed it was overcooked and dry. 🤨
Thankfully everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their perfect steaks.
Other times I would buy up a bunch of stuff so we could have breakfast. Like a proper breakfast, not just a handful of carbs in calling it good. But people would wake up late despite knowing when breakfast was going to be on. And then say they weren’t hungry. And not 30 minutes out the door, talking about picking up something or swinging by somewhere to quick grab a bite.
Dragon Ball was using capsules to store things long before Pokemon did. And Dragon Ball Z, which ended in Japan in '96 had already done storing 'creatures in capsules. Saibamen for one. And after the Saiyan saga Bulma puts her dead friends in coffin capsules.
So Akira Toriyama did it before Pokemon.
This is what everyone wanted! Another “as a service” game! Oh, and look, a store front!
and partner with some “Sims” players to sell their own custom in-game content through the EA store as “Creator Kits.”
Would those “players” be musicians? 100% someone is already trying to figure out how to “collab” with Katy Perry. Big IPs of other franchises (movies/games/anime)? Are they going to do limited timed events to really push the FOMO? Did they see Fortnite and thought “Lets do that!”.
News only reports like this and it skews peoples perceptions. For example, I’m a guy. This last weekend I took my friend and all her kids (all girls) out for amusement park, festival, swimming, gifts, and any food they wanted out weekend before school starts. I paid for everything. You won’t find it in the news, Why’d I do it, because they moved to a new city far away from their friends so I wanted to start all the girls on a very happy note for school starting.
No one owes you examples. Men are not inherently evil and women are not inherently good. People, all people, have the capacity for both good and evil.
I’ve never heard that word before so I had to look it up. Because obviously my first thought was Ned Flanders from The Simpsons.
For anyone like me here you go…
Flanderization is the process through which a complex fictional character’s essential traits are oversimplified to the point where they constitute their entire personality, or at least exaggerated while other traits remain, over the course of a serial work.
I have not… now I gotta find a video of this
Well that’s fucked.
Are they providing support for the things?
Gives the user far too much control of their machine and you can accomplish a task far to easily.
It being that realistic made it a terrible choice for me.
So I did all of the medical training that had on there, which I did learn stuff from but also found out that I should never actually work in the medical field.
But because it didn’t easily identify friend from foe, I kept killing my own team. Not on purpose I was just really bad at identifying friend from foe and if I saw it moved I killed it.
Otherwise it was a solid game. All the issues I had with it were with me.
I’ve seen two in person (possible, same one just twice). It was bigger and dumber looking than I thought it would be. The style contrasts with literally everything around it. In every possible way, it looks unfinished in a way no video or photo ever conveyed.
If AI could replace anyone… it’s those dingbats. I mean, what would you say, in this given example, the CEO does… exactly? Make up random bullshit? AI does that. Write a speech? AI does that. I love how these overpaid people think they can replace the talent but they… they are absolutely required and couldn’t possibly be replaced! Talent and AI can’t buy and enjoy the extra big yacht, or private jets, or over priced cars, or a giant over sized mansion… no you need people for that.
Here’s a bear, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9G1aHkLHQ2I just leave it alone and it’ll leave you alone is incorrect. And dangerous advice. Bears are unpredictable wild animals.
So women, are exempt, women are absolutely predictable? Cool. Totally NOT sexist. Also, hot take, but what’s your stand on trans-men/women?.. Are they predicable or not?
You also seem to imply that women aren’t likely to abuse, sexually assault, straight up rape, or even kill ? Shit, i must have had bad luck, because I’ve been physically assaulted by most of the women I’ve dated, raped by one, and I’ve known countless women who’d joke directly to me “if he gets hard, he wants it… can’t rape the willing”. Cool, good to know I’ve just had bad luck…
And sorry, but people asked a question on the internet, where people chase trends and fades like mad… that’s the data source. Unreliable.
It’s sexist. I’ve proven, right there it’s sexist. Potentially, transphobic. It’s wrapped in false information, a false narrative. And then twisted at the end to try to sound like it’s not, and it comes very much across like far-right PR spin.
