Is the same. We’d call it the horizontal plane though. Dorsal takes a bend so it’s the top of the head and the back. Sagittal sections move medial/lateral and coronal sections move rostral/caudal again taking a bend down the neuraxis of the spine.

Dorsal plane still doesn’t make sense to me as dorsal/ventral are the directions in the plane. In the same way it wouldn’t make sense to describe something as the lateral plane if the directions are medial/lateral. But as I said I’m a brain guy.

The figures I’m looking at call the dorsal plane “frontal” which at last makes sense. Dorsal and ventral would be their regular directions in the frontal plane. I’m a brain guy so I normally only deal with the things in the neuraxis.

Why is the coronal section labeled “transverse” and the horizontal section labeled “dorsal”? That is some batshit fucking wrongness there.

This method is still superior to Heimlich. But its difficult to execute under most circumstances.

Lol. You should read the reviews of the album. They are decidedly …mixed. Everyone seems to agree that it wasn’t your typical Hollywood vanity project - she took it seriously as an artistic endeavour.

That having been said her singing voice is freakishly low and the mixing is muddy and obscuring. It shows something that can’t be immediately dismissed, but the poor execution doesn’t allow you to grasp exactly what that spark might be.

It’s worth listening to once.

Sure! That’s the great thing about being a private citizen. You can live your life, go on shows, go on private vacations etc. Because it’s your life and you can choose how to live it.

If you are taking on a role of state leadership you don’t get to do those things.

You have a privileged role with access to roles, and wealth, and information, but the trade off is that your life is not your own. Your health and relationships and connections are a matter of national interest. So you don’t get to slip off for a weekend without telling people where you’re going. And you don’t get to hide medical diagnoses and medical treatment.

If you want a private life you pull a Harry and Meghan and tell everyone to get lost. But she has chosen her path and her health is a matter of state. So no, she is not entitled to privacy on the matter.

I’m outraged that the article skimped on Mr. Shatner’s other acting accomplishments including the titular cop on T.J. Hooker, and whatever his name was on Boston Legal. That was the lawyer show that wasn’t Ally McBeal. Or L.A. Law.

I was genuinely taken aback at how much the article focused on interpersonal relationships and gender. I am much more familiar with the concept in bureaucracy the way the post teased it.
