As far as I remember, the “Partei für schulmedizinische Verjüngungsforschung” answered “neutral” to every question, commenting that the only political aim they have is to increase funding for research to facilitate living eternally. I think this is why they are displayed in the center here, but for me it doesn’t really make sense to display them in this graph.
The problem is that small vote shares in a survey are not reliably measured when you consider measurement uncertainty. It makes sense to not include very low shares to avoid an unwarranted impression of accuracy.
