Cry about it.
Cry about it.
I don’t know. I like cars and planes. Does that count?
On skibidi?
Fine. Lets agree to disagree then. You want your water to come with a pinch of fluoride, I don’t. And that’s ok. I hope you have an amazing day, sir.
Prolonged exposure to flouride, even in small doses, can also bring about those negative effects. You don’t have to have fluoride in high doses. It’s why people are concerned in the first place. Have I been aggressive? I’m sorry. After all, most of the internet IS designed to get you riled up. I mean, look at this community. Look at Reddit. I’m not the only one.
Huh? I’m just doing what you wanted. I said “Fluoride is not a magic thing that solves all your problems.”. And you said:
And I passed the sauce. Now you’re moving goalposts. FYI, these negative effects can still manifest after prolonged exposure, even if the exposure has been moderate. That’s literally why there’s a concern. Or do you think the researchers raising these concerns are stupid?
I mean you could have posted it faster than writing whatever this wall of text is.
You could have also just looked up “negative effects of fluoride” than writing whatever this wall of text is. It’s not that hard. I don’t understand why you’re so hesitant. Fine, I’ll help you. Here’s one, and here’s another. Happy now? Do you know how easy it was to find those?
This place is such a circlejerk that if I support anyone who isn’t a dem, people think I’m joking. Do you know how funny that is?
Yes, I did. It’s just like Reddit, so there wasn’t much to learn. I also learnt about Lemmy Explorer, so that’s great.
Trump 2024.
I’m not your mommy, ok? I don’t have to give you something on a silver platter simply because you asked for it. Maybe that’s what you’re used to, but you won’t get that kind of treatment everywhere, sir. A quick search on the negative effects of fluoride will result in countless results from credible sources on the front page. It’s not some conspiracy theory that you to dig deep around the internet through obscure studies to find. If you were really interested, you would have done the search a long time ago, but all you have are excuses. I don’t have time to post a bunch of links for you here, when they can be found with a quick phrase on the search bar.
Literally just look up “negative effects of fluoride” and start reading. It’s not that hard.
If you believe fluoride is good for you, then buy it and consume it privately by yourself. Advocating for everyone else to have it involuntarily because you think it’s good for you is selfish, because not everyone wants it in the water supply. Fluoride is not a magic thing that solves all your problems. It comes with health concerns.
It’s not that simple. There are still concerns such as the idea of involuntary mass medication, and the negative health effects that come with fluoride-laced water, such as fluorosis just to name one. Also, it’s being argued that putting fluoride in the water supply is not a good way of dealing with cavities. What are some core causes of cavities? Bad dental hygiene, too much sugary foods, and whatnot. Why not focus on these core issues instead of using a blanket solution that has a chance of causing health problems to people? Are you a vegetable that you have to have the government take care of your teeth for you because you can’t do it yourself?
You know, I just love how no one is addressing why they think this is a bad idea with facts, they just rush to insult him. If this doesn’t prove how toxic of a political climate we’re in right now, I don’t know what will.
Fluoride laced water IS a problem that is currently being debated about. Stop being ignorant.
Sounds like the residents of Quebec just have shitty dental hygiene, and I suspect the same in Ontario. It’s just that the residents of Ontario are having their teeth taken care of by the government, because they can’t do it themselves.
He’s gonna win though.
