Cycling is the same way. There is a huge difference between a $200 Walmart bike and $800 bike from an actual bike store. But there are people out there dropping $10k or more on a bike.
I remember the first time I went to get new tires for my road bike, the guy was like, “we have $20 ones and $50 ones.” When I asked what the difference was he said, “the $50 ones weigh about 2 oz less”
Again it’s all about finding the happy middle ground. I’ve purchased all of my bikes used or previous models. Yes, bicycles can have model years and you can save big when the new ones come out and they want to get rid of the old ones.

Not frustrating until the last level of Portal 1. I still feel bad about never finishing it. But that last level was brutal. Maybe it’s time to dust off my 360 and give it another go.
I agree that forcing you to create an account for a single player game is stupid and annoying. And they only do that on the PC version. However, I can never recommend RDR2 enough.
I bought it because I had just finished GTA V and wanted more. Some told me RDR2 was like GTA with horses. But it is so much more than that.
It is now my favorite game of all time. I’ve done 2 complete playthroughs on PS4 and recently started another on PC. Once I finish the PC playthrough I plan to start messing around with some mods.
I’ve played around with a few of them. I’ve found LM Studio the most robust and user friendly.
I’m an American who lived in England for a couple of years. Due to American media the majority of everyone understood what I meant when I said things like soccer, trunk or hood of a car, fries, etc. Words with different meanings between the two could get confusing like biscuit, chips, or pissed.
Since soccer doesn’t have another meaning I never ran into someone who didn’t know what I was talking about. However, when saying football in an American accent some thought I was referring to American Football by default.
I can only remember one instant where someone did not know what I was talking about. That was when I asked someone at work where the dumpster was and I got a blank stare. I explained, the big metal thing outside for trash and they were like, “oh the skip”
My wife is not very spatial, but enjoyed playing coop Portal 2, for a little bit. Once we got to the stage where I was just telling her where to go or stand the entire time we stopped playing together.
When I was in the final mission of chapter 6, on my first playthrough, my wife came in to tell me it was time to put the kids to bed. She took one look at my face and the tears rolling down it and put the kids to bed without me.
They are only considering babies while still on the assembly line. Once they are fully assembled they are adults.

I actually watched that again a few years ago when I started coaching my daughter’s soccer team. It honestly holds up fairly decently for a 90s movie dealing with gender. However, Rodney Dangerfield totally carried that movie himself.
I’d look pretty out of place as an overweight 43 year old man playing in the Women’s World Cup.
For those like me who have only heard it called SAG, SAG-AFTRA is Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. Since I guess the article assumes everyone knows that already.
The only thing I can even think is some super fucked up case of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy. That or just pure evil.

Slay the Spire works great on a touchscreen as well. It runs great on my Surface.
However, there is a weird bug if playing on a Surface, that I feel obligated to let other know when recommending this game. You have to have the keyboard attached for the touchscreen controls to work in Slay the Spire. But you can flip it around the back and still play with the touchscreen.
The biggest obstacle, besides politics and oil/gas money, is neither of these cities are non-car friendly. Both cities are so sprawling you end up spending significantly more time using public transportation than driving. That’s even if public transportation goes to the part of the city you need.
