Moved houses so I started prepping next year’s garden by dumping all of the autumn leaves where I want to establish beds. This’ll kill the lawn by spring allowing me to plant stuff.

Having a nice breakfast with the family like every weekend. We either do waffles, pancakes or homemade brezels. Apart from that I’m hoping to spend some time outside in the garden to clean up for autumn while the kids play.

I used to have a similar one, they are tons of fun, especially when you also use goggles.

Gardening: I have set up my overwintering room for my citrus and other plants that are not frost-hardy. It’s unfortunately lacking in natural light because the big Southern facing windows are tinted so I had to install grow lights to compensate.

This year I’m overwintering:

• lemon
• lime
• Meyer lemon
• Satsuma
• 3 bush tomatoes
• 3 pepper plants

If things go well I can keep harvesting all throughout the winter :)
