I can play Bloons offline as long as you update it before you go offline. I was playing it on the plane a few weeks ago.

I wonder if the defect and watcher will be back as playable characters since they weren’t shown in the trailer.

It was suppose to portray a more causal, carefree experience. As opposed to insta where people stage or try to show off. That’s how it was explained to me.
