Yeah I had a slight leg up I worked as a CNA in the trauma/burn ICU all through college so a lot of practical skills were second nature but yeah we were expected to know a lot of things that weren’t taught in lecture or practicals.

Bless you, I got a useless degree and went back to school in my late 20s to get my RN I did one semester and dropped out because it was so awful.

Nursing instructors eat their own, it was a terrible experience. It wasn’t humbling but humiliating. I stumbled into success in business but I still think about nursing school a lot. One of my realest failures where I straight up tapped out.

They like to live in piles of dead leaves. Between suburban neighborhoods having landscapers haul away yard waste and using pesticides to keep those lawns perfect, they have nowhere to live.

If you go to rural areas they’re still around.

I’m a tall guy and when I was single I would joke about that with tall ladies and say if we went out you could wear whatever heels you want. It’s cheesy but 3 for 3.

I’m sincerely appreciative of everything they do for consumers as a whole. Not everything makes it across the pond but at the very least it sets precedent and a lot of the groundwork is done if our politicians ever decide to get their shit together and give us a ground to stand on against corporations and lobbyists.

No joke at a company outing someone pointed out my socks were Darn Tough brand and he lifted up his pants to show his. Then my boss too, and we all talked about socks and lifetime warranties for 5 minutes and holy fuck I’m old. Or at least no longer young.

Awww… reminds me of my Husky, she really mellowed out in her elder years and I got a small stuffed brontosaurus toy from the shop. She treated it like a baby and would carry it around, and we’d make a game of hiding it and letting her find it.

Unrelated I got 600+ applicants for a basic warehouse job.

I just looked it up you’re right lol. I imagine it’s intended for pricing compliance and maybe data security, those are common lawsuits. If you get food poisoning and they find food safety violations… or if the golden arches falls on your car, or really any other negligence they’re still on the hook.

Compliance is a really big deal in corporations and pricing is a big one. Again not a lawyer tho.

Idk I’m just a guy that eats chicken sandwiches every now and then LOL. If that were true I highly doubt it would hold up in court, but I’m not a lawyer.
