if you think it´s too complicated and you can´t do it - you are wrong, unless you had some bad injuries - the most probaly you can do it straight away with the right explanation. it´s not that complicated and you don´t need any previous strength trainings.

in the flow we incorporate some of the arm balances but i don´t yet explain in details, so if you get interested to learn them specifically - let me know! 😃 because i plan a serie of workouts to learn and practice the arm balances in particular 😆 if you get interested of course 😆
