I think you are missing what I am saying. These people don’t believe Trump has ever lied. I am serious about Fox News which is the most popular news station in America. For every lie they have an excuse and their own spin. If all you watch is Fox, which is quite common for a lot of people, you don’t know about any of the bad stuff Trump has done.
You know better, they don’t. Blaming them for their own ignorance is a luxury you are allowed because you see the truth. The answer is not to blame them, but to educate them. Unfortunately this is almost impossible when they have constant propaganda rammed down their throats.
I think you may be blaming the victim here in your anger. This does not solve the problem however cathartic it may be. I don’t pretend to have the answers either, but my perspective is a lot more nuanced than yours.
Must be nice to live in your world where you can vote to take other’s rights away and when they start taking your rights away you get to act surprised and people online will defend your actions because hey, you were lied to by the guy who’s specifically known for being a liar.
