I do think that teaching empathy and logic so that the children may understand the world and society is a good idea that would drastically reduce the number of people that fall into the category of “gullible idiot.”

I liken it to humanity devoting almost a third of our planetary output on perfecting the poison that will reduce everyone but the creator to useless, incompetent, stooges. This is obviously an incredible net good for the species as a whole. We should never stop this.

Something that I enjoy doing is telling these fuckwits to their face just how despicable they are. Lay it out in excruciating detail exactly how stupid, ignorant, gullible, and hateful they are and how it directly makes their own life materially worse.

The looks on their faces as I go on and on about their many, MANY flaws and how badly they have fucked up their life brings me joy.

What does optimal mean in this scenario? Because really that is the crux of the issue. Capitalism puts the power into the hands of corporations to determine what is optimal. That’s what the free market is. The consumer doesn’t really have power in that system in any way that matters.
