Let’s hope it’s not just her job she ruined but het life too, by going to prison.

Nuclear waste is a potential issue. Fossil fuel waste is a major issue right now.
The fact that the waste for nuclear is entirely contained is very good. It allows us to place it in permanent storage location like the one in Finland from your video, and perhaps even launch it off the planet in one or two centuries. There is no containing co2, only reducing.
Ha, I didn’t even realised they used the systems interchangeably
I guess I mostly relate the song to the 2011 Japan tsunami. I think it got used for montages and donation campaigns etc. in my country.
In Europe generally commas are used for decimals and periods for marking thousands
I only said it wasn’t ok to victim blame, I’m not at all saying discord is the victim.
The article says the code was not hosted on discord. Even if it was, the code does not infringe on any Nintendo copyright. Having a grudge against discord doesn’t make it fair to victim blame
I was somewhat interested when I heard the rumours for this, but the trailer really doesn’t instill much confidence
How about I share something from my own country. What I reckon is that only some of my data goes to the US government through Google, Microsoft etc. while the Chinese government controls corporations like tencent much more than the US government controls US corporations. Besides all that, services from Microsoft and Google are much harder to avoid than for example tiktok and Huawei. So the US is getting my data no matter what, I might as well limit how much of it goes to china.
I’m European and I definitely feel that way. I don’t like American spyware, but I trust the Chinese government much less than I do American corporations.
Maybe they listened to a podcast
Doubt it, but skimming the article I can’t actually find anywhere that mentions this measure is only for companies based in Europe, let alone companies that are based and manufacture here.
Nah it wasn’t something I knew before. But my new electric toothbrush is by Phillips, so Dutch.
Bought a washing machine from AEG (German company) 3 months ago. I also got a coffee grinder (can’t remember the actual company) from a different German manufacturer for Christmas.
I’d say both are pretty well known by indie game standards, especially baba
The article mentions that’s irrelevant. It’s slightly biased towards the side it started on, no matter if it’s heads of tails.
As a Belgian I put in a good chunk of my savings. I don’t have a mind for finance and investments so it’s a win win. As close to a no risk investment as you’re gonna get, no need to keep an eye on it, and helps the state.
So you’re saying the Aussies found a way to tax the rich while simultaneously shortening their lifespan?
A system like this isn’t any less harmful to privacy than speed cameras, is it?assuming it’s not implemented with a bunch of other non privacy friendly features (which I’d argue isn’t an issue with the microphone)
The answer is no. The red line was crossed a long time ago already.
