“Sounds like we can’t trust the IDF.”
Fixed that for you.
Tech lover, nazi hater.

A symbolic boycott is important. They still picked a side in this mess.
Much respect to these heroes.
As a young child I was apparently terrified of Big Bird.
It all makes sense now.
My very first thought was the upside flag is a sign of distress. I don’t hang with right wing anarchists or white nationalists. I did a search and found this:
I can’t watch it.
We’ve previously adopted a senior dog. He was basically deaf when we got him and had 50% vision in one eye. He was able to go out in our small fenced yard and find his way back but occasionally got confused. Occasionally our neighbor’s kids would leave the shared gate open and he would end up in their yard.
If this happened to him I would lose it.
As of two hours ago still unknown: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/5/19/president-raisis-helicopter-crashed-in-iran-what-we-know-so-far
I’ve been reading reviews from EU and Australia. The initial quality has improved a lot.
Unfortunately, I don’t think there has been research here.
Hopefully since the start of COVID (it is not over) any new builds or upgrades will include fresh air and filters. This is already done for large gatherings of national leaders so the tech is available.
Perhaps dust and particulates? The SoCal area is very dusty. If you leave your car parked for a few days it will have a fine layer of dust on it.
Imagine breathing that in along with all the other germs normally present in a classroom. Less sickness should allow more learning.

There was a leak at a methane storage facility in the LA area. Several schools were provided air filters well after the event (methane is lighter than air). They had the filters for four months even though the methane levels were normal. Test scores increased.
I can’t fix this from my phone. Need to get to my desktop.
I’ll ban them from my community
CL is huge in larger metro areas like LA or SF Bay area. I’ve bought and sold many vehicles plus smaller stuff.
I commented above but this part may help:
Thinking more about it using eBay’s boolean search options may have helped drill down to good choices.
I have an older model of this one: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-43-class-n10-series-led-full-hd-tv/6530085.p?skuId=6530085
Added a refurb 2.1 sound bar for better sound.
edit - It was not easy find this. As I wasn’t in a hurry at the time I took a while to find an acceptable model. Thinking more about it using eBay’s boolean search options may have helped drill down to good choices.
Can’t you just add a few external USB drives? (heard this more than once at an NGO think tank.)
They only need to be properly maintained
And there is the issue.
I stay away fro the energy drinks now. A little coffee in morning is all I need.
Zombie mode, engage.
AP’s move is a little self-serving as smaller news orgs are likely to use AP’s services (as well as Reuters’).
HOWEVER, I think this is a good thing as AP and Reuters’ normally provide news based on facts written by real people.
A few companies are buying up TV stations, newspapers, and radio stations and presenting opinion as news. Sinclair’s TV news is one example.
