Well my wife just bought her first pistol and I’m going to buy a rifle before inauguration day. I also just got a substantial cache of ammo and mags. 9mm, 12 gauge, and 7.62x39. I’m way ahead of this tip.

I think part of me is a bit pleased with myself that I’ve managed to fool them so thoroughly that it seems sort of funny as well while I do it, but it is also hard. They’re all very insecure, they have zero hobbies or interests, like not even sports or TV, and they all just seem to have no emotional connection to anyone really. For some reason their pets are ALWAYS dying, like at least once or twice a week one of their pets die, and it’s because they don’t take care of them. They mostly all have shitty jobs, although one is a physician assistant and one is an editor at Pluto TV, but the rest are pretty marginal. That makes them wildly pathetic in my eyes, and that overshadows their hate. I think of them as lead babies, they’re just so emotionally blunted.

Even though we’re talking about literal racist fascists here, please don’t shame people for their shitty jobs. Saying that two are this and that and the rest are “pretty marginal” and “wildly pathetic” just after that seems like elitism from our side.
As I’m sure you know, most of these people have had a shit education, shit parent or parents, shit life. So they try to find something that makes them good, better, or special. In another thread someone said the fbi could seize their hardware as part of an investigation as it would contain evidence. Here’s what I’m wondering though, why wouldn’t the fbi just set up their own Lemmy instance. They’ll have access to all the same info. Except for PMs I suppose.
