Paramount+ is removing Nickelodeon titles from its library, including some big properties like Doug, Blue’s Room, and Big Time Rush.

They probably licensed them to another company. Paramount has been mind-numbingly stupid in that regard, getting or producing exclusive content then sending it off to somewhere else. See if Doug shows up on another streaming service in a couple weeks.

I wonder when this BS will hit Pluto TV, hopefully not soon… In the meantime I hoard my beloved childhood classics and create my own channels with DizqueTV lol.

“How dare they get rid of unprofitable garbage?! I loved that stuff from the 80s and 90s! Clearly Paramount should go bankrupt just for the sake of my nostalgia!”

What you loved is garbage, and especially profitable. If you thought it was gonna last forever, despite it’s un profitability, your brain is broken.

May as well get rid of lemmy too since its not profitable and meets your criteria above as well.

If you don’t like hearing that you’re hallucinatory and delusional, mental illness isn’t real, then I’m not the one who needs to leave. You are.

Hopefully before you murder someone because of your hallucinations.

I’m finding it fascinating that not a single person has agreed with you. Dozens of downvotes, and not a singke upvote for you

At some point, you have to realize when absolutely everyone disagrees with you, it may be you who is wrong

The thing that surprises me is I can’t imagine it costs a ton to host the materials. The contents already made you just need to distribute it on your already existing streaming platform.

So if its cheap to host and this many people care, why aren’t they making money on it?
