Right now I’m in the midst of reading a batman comic that csme out in 1991. If I were tasked to write a plot summary, it would be:
Batman takes drugs from strangers, then goes into rehab. Afterwards he murders a bunch of drug addicted soldiers.
So based on this 1 frame, I’d say he did drugs again, except this time it was ecstacy.
It could be that this time batman wants some super kinky time with someone.
The fangs make me think he got turned into a vampire. I could be persuaded he was mutated by some other means too.
Lol. Yeah. I don’t recognize this panel, but it feels very 1989-1991, to me.
Reminded me of this.
