I wonder if Israel is feeling pressure from the US or they just want to end the Gaza war so they can focus on Lebanon/Hezbollah (which, tbh, is far more powerful than Hamas)
They also probably want to get their hostages back
They’ve shown very little concern for that so far.
Historically, Israel shows a lot of willingness to make disproportionate trades to get their hostages back. Like, they’ll release 100+ enemy hostages to get one of their own back.
Oh so that’s why they launched big rescue operations?
“Rescue” operations that killed scores of innocent civilians in order to retrieve a fraction of the hostages they’ve gotten via negotiations.
At least one of them even killed dozens of civilians to “rescue” the bodies of hostages they knew were dead in advance.
The Israeli PEOPLE might care about the hostages, but the fascist apartheid regime is only using them as a pretense for their myriad war crimes.
Your claim is baseless. They have already released many prisoners to get some innocent hostages back. To be clear prisoners, who committed crimes, were released to get innocent people back.

It must be worst time in history to be Palestinian, they are the real victim.s Hamas uses them as human shields, and Israel just thinks of them as collateral damage. Truly a shame.
I honestly don’t think that they want a war with Hezbollah, but I don’t know if they know how to de-escalate it. Both sides have been trying to keep things ”even” in their exchanges but that kind of policy always leads to escalation.
Hezbollah just killed a bunch of kids in Israel, which I don’t think was the intent (they aren’t exactly itching for a war with Israel either). But how long can you keep firing rockets at civilians before you kill someone? Then Israel has to respond.
It was the intent. They fired a rocket at a soccer field.
These weapons are not accurate enough to hit a soccer field. These rockets are simply aimed at Israel, and they often miss.
